My tankless hot water heater went out. Tony was traveling and helped me every way he could while he was on the road. When he got back, he immediately come to my house and got it fixed and was extremely helpful, and explained everything to me. Super happy to recommend Tony and his team!

My Rinnai tankless water heater went out on a Tuesday afternoon. I texted Tony that evening, and he called back within minutes and arrived here the next day. The heater was back up and running in no time. It is so good to know an experienced and reliable plumbing professional nearby. I will be calling Tony for all my future plumbing needs.

My Rinnai tankless decided to give me the dreaded 11 code. I called from New Albany and they beat me home in Oxford. They had to take it back to the shop and rebuild parts of the beast, and it was less than 3 hours start to finish. I was expecting days without hot water. Absolutely amazed at the quickness of service, professional knowledge and skill, and just plain nice guys. These gentlemen are my go-to for any future service needs. Thank you!
